There are some other odd remnants in the previously existing PO file
headers that merit a more complete review, which I will do.
for instance, the Amharic header declares;
"# This file is distributed under the same license as the eel package."
It is unfortunately easy to overlook the header information as it
sometimes only shows when using a text editor, some PO editors do not
display the header, but only the translatable strings.
