Hi Keith,

You want:

Insert->Field->Data and Time->Custom date/time.

In the "Extra Parameters" box, enter this:

%dth %B %Y

The "Custom" date/time field accepts the same format
as the Unix strftime() system routine. I know that's
not the most intuitive interface in the world, but I
suppose it can get the job done.
