---Reply to mail from Martin Sevior about Abi ttf-fonts path
Hi,
It sounds extra for ISO-8859-1 fonts only!
On my RedHat7.2 with abiword-0.99.3-1.i386.rpm or *.tar.gz (I tried
bothe) and polish LANG="pl_PL" env with type1 or ttf-fonts iso8859-2
enconding, the AW does refuse to find them. The path to fonts is
exactly as here or in the documentation is said
[/usr/share/AbiSuite/fonts/pl_PL (also .../pl_PL.ISO-8859-2) in first
case, and /usr/local/AbiSuite/fonts/pl_PL (also ../pl_PL.ISO-8859-2) in
a second case].
With ttf-fonts path I've got "fonts.scale" and "fonts.dir" with
ttmkfdir followed by tools "ttftool" and "ttfadmin.sh" found in
AbiSuite/bin directory. I also removed lines in "fonts.dir" and
"fonts.scale" files with other encodings except iso8859-2 which I left
untouched.
Dispite of that AW could not see new fonts dir. Must say, I am realy
exhausted. I could not find a way to make AW to use ISO-8859-2 fonts.
Best,
Bronek
