This sounds like a browser or connection problem. You might want to
try: 1) Clearing your browser cache and downloading the file again; 2)
Using a separate browser (e.g., Firefox Portable from
http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable). If those two
options don't work, the problem may be with your connection or other
(security?) software on your machine.
