The dictionary is not a plugin, all you need to do is run the installer.
However, the American dictionary comes with AbiWord - if you're
getting an error saying you have to install american.hash, uninstall
AbiWord, delete the entire c:\program files\abisuite2 directory, then
install AbiWord again from freshly downloaded files. That should take
care of it.
