Some of the items you've mentioned are bugs. Please search on
http://bugzilla.abisource.com and file them _individually_ (one topic
per report).

Some of the UI ideas can be submitted as enhancement requests, but I'm
guessing the "add buttons to the toolbar" ones probably won't happen,
since we are also targetting smaller screens than yours :) Zoom in/out
menu items might not be a bad idea.

Perhaps someone can chime in on the other elements.
