The ability to produce .ps files directly is not available in 2.6.x,
IIRC. I believe you can do a "conversion" - that is, abiword -m
cover.csv FaxHeader.abw --to=abw output.abw - which will produce an ABW
file with the merge results, or the -p Oki option which you've already
discovered. The two gsignal warnings are bogus and will be fixed in the
next version, I believe, and you might want to file the other warning
you received as a bug at http://bugzilla.abisource.com.
