The upcoming AbiCollab feature will allow this type of collaboration,
but it's currently only available on Linux via CVS. Since the feature
won't be widely available until at least 2.5.0, you may want to try
Writely or Zoho Writer in the meantime (I'm sure there are other
options available, too).
