Go to Tools, Preferences within AbiWord, and under Language Settings,
change the Interface Language there. You may also want to disabled
"Change Language when Changing Keyboard Layout" if you wish to use a
different interface language and spell checker than the keyboard layout
registered with Windows. AbiWord does not install as a particular
language version - any install can use any language supported.
