Keyboard shortcuts

Hi!

I just downloaded AbiWord, and am working at figuring it out. A few
questions:

1. Is there a way to open the AbiWord-File-Edit-View-Insert-Format-
Tools-Table-Windows-Help menus from the keyboard?

2. Is there a way to create keyboard shortcuts for specific
functions, like Show Formatting Marks, Increase/Decrease indent, etc.?

3. Does AbiWord have anything like Microsoft Word's Format Painter?
