A quick tip, (I used to work in the printing industry), if you are printing
20 pages both sides, then each pair of pages will add up to 1 more than
the number of pages, 1-20 on the back of which 2-19, 3-18, 4-17, 5-16,
6-15, 7-14, 8-13, 9-12, 10-11. To get it to look right you may have to
increase the space between the pairs of pages, otherwise the thickness of
the paper will mean that the centre margins get gradually smaller, from
the pages 10-11 outwards.
