I would love to see such a projected ported to an Acrobat plugin though
- so that embedded multimedia in a PDF would work in Linux (like it does
in Windows). I personally think gstreamer would be better for that
though, at least for embedded media in a PDF (I believe Windows uses wmp
for it, and I think OS X uses quicktime for it - Linux has got nothing
for it).
