First off thanks for making the effort to make a considered and well
thought out reply.

Your English certainly better than my Polish, do the best you can and if
we dont understand we will ask you to try agian.

So am I (my spelling is atrocious) and I'm supposed to be a native speaker
;)

I do not know what version of Abiword you use but soon all the linux
versions will include gnome-print which provides a standard Print dialog
for all kinds of Gnome and Gtk applications. I expect the Gnome print
developers will be willing to gradually add more functionality to their
software as it improves and Abiword will benefit from that.

I can see why you like OpenOffice.org Writer better than Abiword but I
hope you do now realise not everyone has printing as such a high priority
and there are certain areas (like speed) where Abiword is excellent.

In what way is it poor? Are there particular features not being exported
which you miss or are other programs having trouble getting the correct
layout from what Abiword exports. Perhaps others know better but I
thought Abiword was doing pretty well in this area so more information
could be useful.

the HTML export produces relatively clean markup which you can
work with later for other purposes. Again I thought abiword was
doing quite well here but perhaps there is something about how the
exported HTML looks which you dont like.

"Save As" will take the current document (doc1) and save it under a new
name (doc2) and then you can continue working on that newly created
document (doc2).
Export as (also known as "Save a Copy") will save a copy of the current
document (doc1) under a new name (doc2) but then drop back and continue
working on the original document (doc1).
Hope that makes sense, it isn't exactly the most straightforward of
features.
Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback
