Hi Jack,

Thanks for the kind words.

The vi and emacs keybindings are seriously stale - I'm
not sure that anyone has worked on them in the past 4
or 5 years, or that anyone has an interest in
maintaining them. This means that you'll see all sorts
of errors and shortcomings, such as the one you just
pointed out.

If you can grok C++ and are interested, come lend a
hand. If not, you can always file a bug at
http://bugzilla.abisource.com, but I wouldn't be
terribly optimistic about getting this particular bug
fixed in the short-term.
