You are, it seems from skimming, trying to use the ispell dicts that we
provide. Instead you need to use the aspell-en package from SuSE.
Side note: Some indication as to the nature of those packages would be
good on the langpack dl page but I am not up to that right now, so I'll
just put it "out there".
