    Please attach the document in question to your email. It'll be easier to
    actually retrieve its contents and figure out what went wrong from a
    developer's perspective. If you don't want to send that document to the
    mailing list, send it to me individually. Also, was AbiWord crashing or
    was Windows crashing? What version of AbiWord and Windows are you
    running? Finally, if you can, try out our 1.0.3 release:
