As a follow up, I have discovered that after I exited the program by
answering 'n' to one of the Continue?s and then restarted, when I tried to
reopen the file I was working on, the program it bombed. In fact it bombed
3 seperate times in 3 different places but on the 4th attempt it loads OK.

I have the backtraces of the 1st 2 bombs but I suspect that this is not
the correct place to post them and I don't want to pollute the mail list
in case I've done something stupid. Not that that ever happens of course.

    Steve.
