All that's really needed is a list of words. If you can supply me with a
list of words I can probably add them to a standard english dictionary and
create a new hash.
AbiWord usually uses ispell but has some support for aspell/pspell. The
aspell.sourceforge.net website has some instructions on how to create
dictionaries with specialist lists. (ispell is a lot clumsier.) It may be
worth your while to post to aspell-user since you are certainly not the
first person to look for a medical dictionary; there may even be projects
under way to create such a dictionary :-)
