Prevent toolbar interaction when loading a file

    I noticed when Abiword parse an abiword file (during the Open process), the
    icons will reflect the changes.

    For example, if the abiword file contains italicised and bold words,
    whenever it parses such a sentence/word the Bold/Italic button will be
    toggled on and off.

    I feel the file loading process can be speeded up if the buttons on the
    toolbar are not activated when opening a file.
