OK, I've now made some hacks so the wiki stuff looks like the rest of
the site.

I've also converted the old static (and embarrasingly incomplete) FAQ to
the wiki pages.

I've never used twiki before today, but must admit that editing stuff
(the FAQ) was extremely simple after I learned the few steps necessary.
