That means very little
Do you mean ordinary HTML? A plugin to allow abiword to import ordinary
HTML is being worked on.
Do you mean "Web Archive " .mht ? (Mulitpart HTML, looks doable)
Mozilla already plans to support this,

IE 5&6 support it
It looks pretty cool, and i think we have most of the functionality to
support it already in abiword (the .abw format is multipart mime XML).
Do you mean .hta Microsoft HTML Applications? (mostly skanky microsoft
specific stuff we might be able to import but are never likely to export)
