I cannot get my spell checker to remain on "English
(US)" when I open a file for the first time. If I
write a file for the first timein Abiword (at one
sitting), there is no problem with the spellchecker. I
always get the error on startup "Cannot find
dictionary for de-DE language." I use ICEwm 1.0.9 and
my GUI session is set as English. There is a so-called
"Spell Checker FAQ" on the website but it is
non-diagnostic for my problem. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
