Perhaps for the well initiated, but a new user, visiting the website or
reading the help file is not directed to this address from any prominently
placed link.

That was exactly my point. With all the effort that has gone into creating
these files, it should be worthwhile for someone to spend a few minutes
creating a link on the website to them.
