This is unfortunately a question you had every right to ask... Look at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/abiword/
Abi www pages will probably be updated with this info when all the
binaries are in place. Oh dang it, I just checked and the windows binaries
are not on SF yet. Actually, to save you possible frustration I'd simply
advise waiting a while until they appear there. If you're really
desperate, use a CVS snapshot. Or really, wait a moment -- these builds
should appear there really soon.
(And please accept my apologies for prompting you to upgrade.)
