    Uh, no.

    The binary packages we ship out are the result of
    volunteer work. We ship out what our users and
    developers ship in. The fact that we have no Mandrake
    packages means that no one with a Mandrake machine has
    sent us any binaries.

    Since Mandrake and RedHat both use the RPM packaging
    format and run on i386, sometimes people install RPMs
    meant for RedHat on a Mandrake box. In fact, many of
    our users have done so on this very mailing list. And
    you know what - it doesn't work because of
    incompatible versions of many libraries on the
    different systems. It's a pain to support and won't
    work. Hub was trying to save you all some time and
    frustration. Cut him some slack.
