no arch means no architecture
and refers to the fact that software has to be made different for
different chip architectures, namely big endian and little endian,
IBM Intel AMD PC x86 etc or Apple Motorola PowerPC chip architecture.
(i cannot remember off hand which endian is which)
so no arch is good and it means the same package will work for Linux
user irrespective of their chip architecture.
Sincerely
