I wouldn't look for too much development on BeOS until the dust sedttles
since Palm bought Be

Palm doesn't care about the OS or its followers ....... it's a shame,
since BeOS has all the things that you would possible want to have on an
OS: JFS, intuitive GUI, stability, SMP support, Multomedia support and
on, and on ............ The death of BeOS will affect all alternative OS
users.
