Fetch the abispell package from sourceforge.net. You'll get premade hash
files that works.
An hashfile that works show that with the file command:
/usr/local/AbiSuite/dictionary/american.hash: little endian ispell 3.1 hash
file, 8-bit, capitalization, 52 flags and 128 string characters
If it does not, it is not suitable. The abispell package is here for that.
