Hi Happy House,
The gnome rpm's are always a problem because they depend on
whatever gnome libraries happen to be on my machine at the time I make the
rpm's. RedHat 7.1 stock gnome is way out of date and I've been tracking
ximinian gnome. The easiest way to get gnome version of abi 0.9.4.1 is to
download the ximian one. They've finally built a new abiword which is our
version 0.9.4.1.

If you download the ximian redcarpet installer and just ask for
abiword-0.9.4.1 it will also download all the dependencies you need
for it.

The gtk only build should work without problems but it doesn't
have all the cool gnome features.

Good luck and thanks for using abiword.

Martin
