im not sure thats what he meant, but it is useful to know and if you are
using windows and want to get files out of your linux partition explore2fs
is a very useful program (find it using google.com).
an Abiword file is exactly the same no matter what platform you are
running abiword on (assumming they are the same version of course).
Exactly the same code imports and exports for every platform, isn't Cross
Platform software great! (Damn Microsoft, XP is short for cross platform
dammit).
Id just like to say it again incase anyone does not know this already but
Rich Text (.rtf) files can be renamed to .doc and shared with Microsoft
users and they will be none the wiser.
Enjoy the software, tell your friends
Later
