Ben,

I just have libgal1 and libgal3 on my system. Did you try to ignore the
dependencies during upgrade (rpm -nodeps)?

Also, some while ago someone suggested to just create a symbolic link with
the name libgal2 to libgal3.

I installed 0.7.10 from Redhat and it fixed the font problem. However,
when I try to run the 0.7.12 updater, I get the following message:

error: failed dependencies:
       libgal.so.2 is needed by abisuite-0.7.12-1

I search for libgal.so.* and I have libgal.so.1 and libgal.so.3 but not
.2! I used GnoRPM to try and find the installer for libgal but I could
not find it. Anyone know where the RPM is for libgal?
