 I looked for the dictionary with hwereis and locate. The only Abiword
dictionary was in my CVS download file ~/abiword/abidistfiles. I tried
copying that back to the /usr/share/AbiSuite/ but Abiword still wpuld not
spell check.
 Finally I reinstalled the original Abiword-0.9.6.1 with:
make UNIX_CAN_BUILD_STATIC=0 install
as root. This installed the fully functioning Abiword. The problem is I need
the CVS version so I can verify which bugs have been fixed.
