OK as pointed out already, you can edit the file Abiword.Profile to
include the toolbar stuff you want.

For the unix build you can drag and drop toolbar icons around the to place
them where you want on the toolbnars or remove them completely.

You can also hide one or more of the toolbars in the unix builds.

I belive that the code to implement this in Windows is not working
properly yet.
