I've seen textboxes delete headers from documents when moving them (e.g.
8188) and I continue to notice weird behavior with textboxes and
headers, but I don't have a bug or test case handy. I'll try the other
combinations you mention to see if I come up with anything, because I
honestly don't recall testing those things extensively in conjunction
with one another.
