Someone might like to use english in X-windows
and some other in AbiWord. (like me).
So i thing LANG is not for that purpose.
Make ABILANG or LANGABI.

Edit, Option, "Chance language for menus"
Format,"Language",all language's that has spellcheck
and/or hypernation.
