for now, use the the hex code for the accented characters "ÿ"
and "&" for the '&'. until i can figure out if a better
solution exists.

[the Ctrl+P on File|Print] i've been debating this for some time
but didn't have any data points.... do localized apps in general
change the hotkeys or do they just follow the english version... ??

also is it standard to keep the 'B', 'I', and 'U' on the BOLD, ITALIC
and UNDERLINE buttons or to translate them as well ??
