Hi,
I really to pull to the trigger of moving to git for good.
There is currently a mirror on Github in the AbiWord organisation:
https://github.com/AbiWord/abiword
Right now I see three options:
1. just use Github for the source code, pull-requests, etc. Mostly this
will require people to have a Github account, even though contribution
could be accepted differently, like via email.
2. request a repository on GNOME own Gitlab (not gitlab.com) and use
that. This would require contributor to either have a GNOME account, or
use the available sign-in methods: Github, Google, Gitlab.
3. Use Gitlab.com.
In both case, the bug tracker isn't yet concerned by the migration.
My opinion: while I initially went for 1., I'm more inclined to use 2.
because it is a good fit for the project, and not subject to Github
owner (currently Microsoft, but this is irrelevant).
