Rob,
1/ you should know that Jeff has been around on IRC and the project for
quite sometime. He know how it works. He is just reporting what he think
is a serious issue for a serious use case on our biggest deployment of
AbiWord.
2/ He talked to me about that bug (I'm the original reporter). Actually
the problem is that he emailed about it before I did. But I completely
stand behind him.
