Hi Ryan,
        You'll need to implement xap_Win32FrameImpl::_rebuildToolbars()

Have a look at the xap_UnixFrameImpl::_rebuildToolbars code. I'm pretty
sure you can do something very similar.

As a stop-gap just make the method return and Win32 will compile. It
really only useful for removing menu items after unloading a plugin. No
one seems to use that feature though.
