I have added language as a parameter to the various findFont()
functions; it requires no platform changes, but I might have
inadvertedly caused some platform breakage.
The purpose of this change is to make it possible for GR_Font to be a
wrapper around a fontset, rather than a single font; in the Pango
graphics class this will make it possible to automatically substitute
glyphs that are missing in the specified font from somewhere else rather
than showing the missing glyph symbol.
