So should the "Reset Defaults" (former Revert) button reset the current
notebook tab only or all the preferences available in the dialog?

Both approaches seem to have their problems:
- Resetting all prefs changes values which are hidden away in the other
tabs at the moment of clicking.
- Resetting the current tab only is a pain if everything should be
reset.

Hmm, should we even do an own "Defaults" tab?
