Not good this early in the morning; the emacs grep does not work but,
of course, there is the Windows 'Find Files' ... so I found the
relevant code in ap_Win32App.cpp at L1563. Basically all that is
required is an extra static constructor for the win32 graphics class
that would create the printer graphics from a printer name. I think
that would be ~10LOC, and we would get the mail merge for that.
There is virtually zero potential for screwups, this is just
rehashing what we already do elsewhere. I am inclined to do this
before 2.2; any objections?
