    I have extensively tested endnotes and they now work perfect for me. I have
    not used footnotes so hardly yet. Thanks for all the work that you have done
    in this area.

    The only thing for me left to fix is bug 6248. It's really something that we
    should fix.

    Is there any metabug open for STABLE?

    I do have a list of bugs that should be fixed in STABLE.

    One of the things that make Abiword difficult to use with multiple languages,
    at least under win32, is the fact that is you change the language of a
    document in a medium size document (>20 pages), it takes ages (>1 minute, some
    times). This is reported in bugzilla. Also, it's very slow loading complex
    documents.

    I do not know if Hub feels like backporting the fixes for speeding up the
    backend that were made a couple of weeks back.
