abiword document format question

Hello,

is it legal in a .abw to have the table right after the first section
like:

[...]
<section>
<table ...
[...]

When i'm feeding such things into abi it crashes. If there's a
<p></p>
inbetween <section> and <table it works out well.

I came across that when poking at
http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6725 , there might be
some relation.

abi is 2.1.3
