In my case, it was an inability to build the plugins rather than a lack of time. I'll give it another shot tonight and annoy #abiword or start entering bugs for all the build failures I get so someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Sorry, we do not have binaries for the plugins for Windows. Unfortunately
our volenteer Windows developers have not have time to build these for the
1.99.2 release yet.
