I was just looking at the ones for which we have po files. Lojban is
"art-lojban", where "art" is the ISO 639 code for artificial languages.
I think that, if we use SIL codes, they should be in lowercase. Otherwise
they will be interpreted as country codes and the language as merely "x-sil".
