Are we differentiating between Serbian in Cyrillic
alphabet and Serbian in Latin alphabet? If we only
support one for now we should state which in
parentheses. Otherwise we'll have some problems later
on where lots of documents will have the wrong
language set. Note that Windows and hence .doc and
RTF do have separate codes for these already so even
mapping them now is lossy.
