StarOffice Documents, the code is the documentation // "helpful"

(i think this is filed in bugzilla)
Corel WordPerfect (the current filter supports 6,7,8 so there are plenty
of other versions)
Lotus Documents
LyX (or anything else TeX related)

and i could probably list a bunch of obscure formats but there are
probably plenty other different ways you can contribute code and there
is a near endless supply of things in Bugzilla.
