Interesting, we (openoffice) haven't had any problems with xp documents
so far. I haven't noticed any significant differences to date, have you
any concrete examples of files with this difference? Apart from some new
properties and some duplication of standard character properties with
bidi analogues we haven't had to do anything extra to support them.
